ACI Process Model

The ACI Process Model was created utilizing industry best practices as an iterative approach to plan, develop and deploy custom designed applications that solve our client's business needs. Our process encourages customer involvement throughout the entire development life cycle and builds upon the knowledge gained during each step of the process.

Envisioning

During this phase ACI's project manager work closely with the client to gather project requirements, define features and design prototypes that will be included in the Vision/Scope document.

Planning

ACI's project team will architect the project framework based on requirements and features detailed in the Vision/Scope document. This phase will include the design of the site architecture and completion of usability testing to validate requirements.

Development

During this phase, the team completes the graphic designs based on the approved prototypes and performs the detailed programming tasks outlined in the Vision/Scope feature sets. ACI's project manager also performs a site audit verifying all requirements were met.

Stabilization

During this phase, ACI test all functionality and reviews site in a variety of browsers. Issues are identified and resolved.

Deployment

The fully functional application will be deployed to the production site and become available to site visiting. The client will be asked to review and approve project completion.
