Network Services

ACI will maintain your network as needed by your company. We support networks remotely or by providing an ACI employee to work in-house at your facility when problems arise or when you simply need a network update.

Server Co-location

We have additional space in our server room to accommodate your servers. Co-locating a server provides an additional back-up in case of problems with the main server. In the event a main server goes down, co-location can provide a seamless transition to get your information quickly back online.

Domain Name Email

ACI can provide domain name email for all of our hosting customers in the form of yourname@yourdomain.com (.org, .net). Examples include questions@aciwebs.com, new-orders@aciwebs.com, jake@aciwebs.com, or sam.shade@aciwebs.com.

If you already have an email address through someone else, we can set up a domain name email which forwards all email to your existing address. For example, all email messages to new-orders@aciwebs.com will go directly to aci_orders@yahoo.com.

Email Filtering

ACI offers email filtering to screen out unwanted spam at the server level. This means that many spam messages are deleted before they get to your in-box. There are many options available so you can control the strictness of the filtering.
